Participation Information
1. All manufactures, distributors, traders and organizations dealing in fields related to manufacturing and services of the above-mentioned exhibit profile are eligible to participate as exhibitors.
2. The organizer reserves the right to accept or reject any application and to determine the number and location of booth(s) for each exhibitor.
3. Space location will be assigned by the organizer on the basis of:
(1) Number of booths.
(2) Date of application, with priority going to those who submit the application the earliest.
4. On-the-spot sales are prohibited.
5. Children under 12 years of age are not allowed to enter the showground.
6. The organizer does not act as sponsor for exhibitor entry visa application.
Deadline for Application
1. Application forms must reach the organizer before November 10, 2008.

* The booth at Ground Floor is 3m x 3m raw space only, including 500 watts (110V)Electricity power supply. Booth facilities are available on a rental basis from the official contractor.

Payment Schedule
1. Non-refundable down payment of US$400 per booth must be received, before your application will be processed. A bank receipt copy of down payment must be faxed when you submit the application form.
2. After space allocation, the organizer will notify exhibitors of the booth number(s), location assigned, and the balance due.

4. All extra banking handling charges, if any, are to be borne by the applicant.
5. Down payment or booth balance already paid cannot be refunded, transferred to other shows or participants, credited to later TaiSPO events.
Exhibition Manual
Upon application approved, each exhibitor will receive an exhibition manual, which details all the information and procedures on booth decorations and fees for booth facilities, electricity, travel agent, shipping instructions, forwarding & handling agents.
Visitor Promotion
An extensive promotional campaign to ensure maximum attendance by businesspeople, both local and foreign, will be launched.
1. Advertising & Publicity
Intensive advertisements will be placed in local and overseas trade publications and magazines. Press releases will be circulated before, during, and after TaiSPO'09.
2. Direct Mail
Over 15,000 prospective buyers, including top importers, traders, distributors and government institutions will receive information and invitations to the show.
3. Official Directory
The show organizer will publish an official directory, in which exhibitors are entitled to enter descriptions of their company's name, addresses, and products free of charge. The directory can be bought at the registration counter of the show.
