The "2011 Taipei International Sporting Goods Show" (TaiSPO) held at the TWTC Nangang Exhibition Hall from April 27 through to April 30 was the largest ever in its 37-year history. Asia's second largest sporting goods trade show, TaiSPO, wrapped up its 38th edition on April 30, by achieving the largest ever international visitor count and the most diverse exhibitor line-up ever. This event is also taking prominence as it enhances its sourcing and procurement function with annual networking events (conferences, summits and seminars) which the key decision makers and trade professionals to share insight and intelligence.A total of 1,892 international buyers from 75 countries attended the event, a 2% increase on the previous year which was a record high in the show's 38 years. The top ten buyer countries represented were China, Japan, the USA, Korea, Australia, India, Hong Kong, Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines and Germany.
